Your membership includes:
Four standard follow-up visits per year (40 minutes each)
Priority scheduling
The "Just Checking In" visit — a complimentary 2-week telehealth touchpoint after your consultation to see how you're feeling, answer early questions, and make sure your plan is working
Preferred pricing on compounded medication management
Membership renews automatically each quarter. A 3-month minimum commitment applies.
Pay-Per-Visit
For patients who prefer flexibility without a membership commitment.
Follow-up visits — $175 (40 minutes)
Brief visits — $85 (20 minutes)
